How do I enquire or book a grooming visit?
Message Fluffy Life on WhatsApp at +852 9604 1178 with your pet's breed, size, a recent photo, the service and preferred date. Please wait for the salon to confirm. This website does not offer instant booking.
How much does grooming cost?
Full bath packages cost HK$300, HK$400 or HK$500 depending on size. Clipper, partial-scissor and full-scissor styling, plus massage and hydrotherapy SPA, are also available. Send your pet's weight and a photo to confirm. The original price list overlaps at 3 kg and 8 kg; please ask about these boundaries and pets over 15 kg.
Do you offer pet sitting or day care?
Yes, Fluffy Life offers pet sitting and day care. Share the dates, times, daily routine and care needs so the salon can confirm suitability and availability.
Can you arrange pet transport?
Ask the salon about pet transport. Share pickup and drop-off locations, the date, time and your pet's size. Service area, fees and available times must be confirmed.
What should I share on my first enquiry?
Along with breed, size and a photo, tell us how your pet reacts to bathing, drying and handling. Please mention known skin concerns, health conditions or special care needs so the salon can assess arrangements.
